Chris has over 18 years of experience in the pensions, global mobility and reward/employee benefits arena. He advises organisations of all sizes about what to pay to employees and how to pay it.
His work involves designing and implementing bespoke reward strategies, including both cash and non-cash based arrangements.
In addition, Chris advises employers, trustees and individuals in relation to UK and non-UK pension schemes. He has worked extensively with employers facing the challenge of operating complex cross-border pension schemes.
Chris also has many years of experience of global mobility taxation, having previously lead large scale multi-national expatriate tax programs.
Chris originally qualified as a barrister in 1998. He is a Chartered Tax Adviser and a member of the Association of Taxation Technicians.
