Experience

Laura specialises in consultancy and corporate finance. She is responsible for the management of a diverse portfolio of consultancy and corporate finance clients including a number of quoted entities in the energy sector.

Laura has advised in mergers and acquisitions, fundraising, reorganisation and specialist advisory projects over the past fourteen years.

Laura specialises in assisting with business growth through commercial and financial advice to business owners and Boards. She has extensive experience delivering internal audits and controls reviews, business planning, business reorganisation and change management. Laura also works closely with a number of state and semi-state bodies providing specialist consultancy and advisory services.
Laura also provides litigation support and expert witness testimony for a number of companies and private clients.

Notable achievements

  • Member of a government agency panel engaged to analyse financial capabilities for internationally traded manufacturing and service companies including the provision of practical advice and specific recommendations in relation to Brexit and the management of its associated business risks.
  • Part of the team that assists a state body under the aegis of the Minister for Communications, Climate Change and Environment in implementing and administering the Biofuels Obligation Scheme which Ireland introduced in compliance with the EU’s Renewable Energy Directive.
  • Provision of forensic and expert witness services to a number of private clients, corporate bodies and to the Department of Justice.
