Experience

Shane has over 22 years’ experience in the financial arena. He began his career working with the Irish Stock Exchange specialising in the fast growing Off Shore Investment Funds sector.

Subsequent to that, and prior to coming to Evelyn Partners, he worked for 15 years in Goodbody Stockbrokers as a senior portfolio manager. Here while there he had responsibility for managing a wide range of investment mandates which included trusts, pensions, corporate mandates and individuals’ funds. During this time Shane was also a member of Goodbody’s alternative assets committee.

Shane brings a wide range of investment management experience to our Dublin team. As well as having a well established specialist interest and knowledge in alternative asset investments, he also advises and manages a broad range of clients, as well as being responsible for a number of the large family mandates in Dublin.

Professional qualifications/memberships

Bachelor of Business Studies (investment specialism) and a registered representative of the Irish Stock Exchange.
