When a request for change is made, the Client relationship team will establish the legal, technical and operational requirements and manage the change process together with both our dedicated Transitions team and Operational assurance team to ensure we provide help and support every step of the way.
The Client relationship team will provide support and advice to help you resolve any issues that may arise. You will always be able to speak to someone who is familiar with your affairs and can answer any queries promptly.
You will receive a single senior point of contact with the expertise and knowledge to assist, whatever your requirements. We will work closely with you to understand your concerns and answer any queries you may have. The team has a presence in London and Glasgow, and we are always available to meet or speak with you.
