Reporting and portfolio administration

In an increasingly complex world, it’s important that your investments are administered accurately and efficiently. We are here to provide you with the expertise you need, and to share the administrative burden.

Professional trustees face stringent obligations for which a high standard of reporting and performance analysis is required. Clear performance statistics, measured against the appropriate benchmarks relative to your risk profile, and a designated team to handle all your administrative and reporting requirements are essential.

Please remember that the value of investments and the income from them can fall as well as rise and you may not receive back the original amount invested.

Meeting your needs

We understand that it’s important for you to be able to monitor your investments easily. We produce simple and easy-to-understand statements and tailor reports to your preferences. Cash statements, contract notes, or valuations can be in paper form or online, and delivered when you need them.

Review meetings

Your investment manager will communicate with you regularly to discuss changes in your charity’s circumstances or in financial markets, and any potential impact on your portfolio. We are always available to talk you through any element of your charity’s investment over the phone and to liaise with your other advisers when necessary.

Our efficient administration and dedicated client service significantly reduce your administrative burden. Your investment manager has a dedicated administrative support team to help look after your charity’s affairs. This means that you always deal with someone who will be familiar with your charity’s circumstances.

How we can help

  • Keeping track: Providing monthly valuations, personalised quarterly portfolio reports and online valuations, attending trustee meetings where required and providing relevant tax packs.
  • Review: Meeting with you annually or more frequently if required to explain changes or challenges in financial markets and their impact on your portfolio.
  • Banking facilities: As a licensed bank, we can provide current and deposit accounts in all major currencies.
