Claire Dorrian
UK Equity Primary Markets - Head of Region - London Stock Exchange

Claire is part of the Capital Markets team at London Stock Exchange, focusing on providing support to private companies and their investors in their initial and on-going assessment of a potential IPO strategy. Claire is responsible for leading and developing relationships in London and the South region.

Claire works with key stakeholders such as companies and the corporate advisory, Private Equity and VC communities - including nominated advisers, banks, lawyers and accountants.

Claire has held a variety of roles at the Exchange including managing a portfolio of small and mid cap companies in the Mining and Oil and Gas sectors, promoting the London markets in Continental Europe and product management and policy work on AIM.

Prior to joining the Exchange Claire worked in the fund management industry, firstly with AIB Govett Asset Management and then for ANZ Funds Management in Melbourne, Australia.

She holds a BA Honours degree in International Relations from Keele University.


Henri Songeur
Investment Executive - Puma Private Equity

Henri works as an Investment Executive at Puma Private Equity, sector generalists specialising in investments between £2-10m into UK-based SMEs.

As part of the portfolio, he has worked on investments in F&B (Open House Group), HR-tech (MyKindaFuture) and Advanced Manufacturing (Dymag Performance Wheels), amongst others.

Henri has 7 years of experience in growth investment transactions and has previously worked at a family office and the largest HWNI syndicate in the UK.
