We are delighted to welcome the new arrival of Mark Benka as a partner in our transaction services team.
Mark joins the London office from PwC, and brings 17 years of deal experience, which were focused on advising private equity houses. His previous roles included the responsibility for providing financial due diligence and deal related services across a wide range of industry sectors and also for the relationships with a number of mid market PE clients.
Smith & Williamson provides transaction services nationwide across various offices including, London, Bristol, Southampton, Birmingham and Dublin. The existing team provides specialist advisory services to listed companies, acquisitive corporates, private equity and businesses looking to scale-up by advising and supporting them with due diligence, valuations, financial reporting and more as they go through a transaction.
