Smith & Williamson strengthens fund sales team with a senior hire

Smith & Williamson has announced that Ben Rumary has joined its funds business as an Associate Sales Director.

Ben joins Smith & Williamson from Axa Investment Managers where he spent more than five years as an Investment Sales Manager. Prior to that, he held the post of Regional Sales Manager for LV Asset Management and the same role at Old Mutual Asset Management.

Reporting to Ed Rosengarten, Head of Funds at Smith & Williamson, Ben will work alongside Andrew Groves and Tim Rea in its well-established sales team to promote its funds – which include the Enterprise Fund, the Short Dated Corporate Bond Fund and the UK Equity Income Fund – to the intermediary market.
