Experience

Andrew provides assurance, strategic and general financial advice to privately-owned (including private equity) and AIM-listed businesses in the South.
He typically acts as a trusted advisor for his clients. In addition to traditional audit and assurance work he provides transaction support advice (including financial due diligence), strategic advice (including group restructuring) and general financial advice (including succession planning).

Notable achievements

• Providing transaction support and subsequent audit work to acquisitive private equity backed group.
• Providing advice around choice of and conversion to new accounting frameworks including FRS 102 and IFRS.
• Acting as lead audit partner to international group to ensure global audit requirements are met.
• Providing advice on a long-term succession plan for a professional services group including values, tax status, funding and commercial issues.
