His experience extends to distressed M&A, cash management and contingency planning advice to underperforming companies.

Notable achievements

• Led and negotiated the successful sale of the marketing operations of Maclaren baby buggies and wound down the UK manufacturing operations of this household name in baby care products.
• Successfully sold many businesses as going concerns while acting as administrator.
