Experience

Brigitte joined Smith & Williamson in 1999. She started specialising in VAT in 2002, is head of the Salisbury VAT team and manages the VAT compliance function.

She provides VAT advice on a wide range of issues such as the VAT implications of property and bloodstock transactions for clients throughout the firm. Brigitte carries out VAT reviews for clients including for landed estates. She acts as a trusted advisor to her own clients, which include property investors and barristers.
