Experience
Derek has over 22 years’ experience in financial services, within settlement operations and fund administration.
Prior to joining Evelyn Partners, Derek spent 10 years with Barclays Wealth (previously Greig Middleton and Gerrard) working in, and managing, various Settlement teams, including Nominee Transfers, Settlements & Reconciliation.
Derek joined Evelyn Partners (formerly Smith and Williamson) in June 2008 and managed teams in the Investment Back office before joining the Fund Administration Team in 2010. Derek has overseen a period of significant growth for the team and managed the successful transition of a number of funds from a number of ACD’s.
