Areas of expertise

Business outsourcing services; statutory & management accounts reporting; agriculture; landed estates; small companies;

Gemma works with a range of owner-managed, often family run, businesses where she can bring together a wide range of our services to best meet the varied needs of her clients. Skilled in accounting-related compliance and advisory covering many different industry sectors, including a particular focus on agricultural and landed estates, Gemma enjoys helping clients to ensure they are in control of their finance functions and are able to access timely key financial information to aid decision making.

Working from the Salisbury office, Gemma’s clients have a strong farming bias and she enjoys unravelling the complexities which often arise where there are multi-generational family businesses. Gemma can advise clients on all aspects of their farming businesses, from the initial structuring of the business and set up of control systems, to applying for funding for new business ventures.

Gemma leads the Business Outsourcing Services offering within Salisbury office, including management and year end accounts, company secretarial services and VAT compliance services. These services enable businesses to outsource some or all of their finance requirements to free up the owners’ or directors’ time so that they can focus on the management of the business and not just the management of the accounts.

Gemma has experience of cloud accounting packages and relishes compiling a suite of IT solutions to suit specific business operational needs.
