Giles advises professional businesses regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, Solicitors Regulation Authority, Intellectual Property Regulation Board and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. His clients range from specialist niche partnerships to large international firms. He has advised on many financial issues including incorporation, funding, mergers and acquisitions, improving financial performance and strategic advice.
Giles is a member of Smith & Williamson’s Group Executive Committee with responsibility for leading the strategy for the professional services division.
