Luke has worked in tax for over 30 years and acts as a trusted adviser on a wide variety of private client tax matters to both large complex multi-generational family groups and individual family members. This includes their family trusts and business interests.

He regularly speaks on private client tax and Budget matters to various audiences including the Country Land and Business Association (CLA).

• Advising on phased gifting across family generations and family philanthropic interests.
• Structuring advice on both greenfield and brownfield sites for property development and entrepreneurs’ relief exit planning.
• Advising high-net-worth individuals and serial entrepreneurs on reinvesting family business wealth using the enterprise investment scheme (EIS) and seed enterprise investment scheme (Seed EIS).
• Creation of family office and tax-efficient vehicles including family open-ended investment companies (OEICs), family investment companies and family trusts.
