He advises both UK and non-UK domiciled clients including trustees, landed estates, investors and finance industry professionals. His work often covers the formation and reorganisation of family structures, and his lawyer’s background enables him to understand and work effectively with other professionals when implementing advice.

  • Advising on the reorganisation of a non-UK family business before several members became UK resident
  • Overseeing a multijurisdictional probate and ensuring that arrangements were put in place to hold the assets outside the UK prior to the widow becoming UK deemed domiciled
