In an increasingly complex world, it’s important that your investments are administered accurately and efficiently. We are here to provide you with the expertise you need, and to share the administrative burden.
Professional trustees face stringent obligations for which a high standard of reporting and performance analysis is required. Clear performance statistics, measured against the appropriate benchmarks relative to your risk profile, and a designated team to handle all your administrative and reporting requirements are essential.
Meeting your needs
We understand that it’s important for you to be able to monitor your investments easily. We produce regular valuations and statements plus a detailed performance analysis pack. Cash statements, contract notes, or valuations can be in paper form or online. Our client portal allows our clients to monitor their portfolios at any time.
Our clients are looked after directly by their investment manager and their team. We will communicate with you regularly to discuss changes in your charity’s circumstances or in financial markets, and any potential impact on your portfolio. We are always available to talk you through any element of your charity’s investment over the phone or by email and will liaise with your other advisers when necessary.
Our efficient administration and dedicated client service significantly reduce your administrative burden. Your investment manager has a dedicated administrative support team to help look after your charity’s affairs. This means that you always deal with someone who will be familiar with your charity’s circumstances.
